Frédéric Violleau remporte le trophée Collaboration de recherche en occitanie
FRÉDÉRIC VIOLLEAU WINS THE RESEARCH COLLABORATION TROPHY IN OCCITANIA

On Thursday 1st December, during the 4th edition of the innovation trophies organised by the technology transfer acceleration company Toulouse Tech Transfer, Frédéric VIOLLEAU, Director of Research at PURPAN's School of Engineering, was honoured with the "Research Collaboration in Occitania" innovation trophy.

He was recognised for the work done within his TOAST team for almost a decade in collaboration with the ABSOGER company on the use of oxidative technologies in preservation chambers to preserve fruit and vegetables.

The award was presented by Olivier Simonin, former president of the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse and future member of PURPAN's scientific board.
